Kaspersky - You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation

When installing Kaspersky Internet Security it keeps giving you the following error: "You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation" to fix this error you need to remove the following registry key entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run > Delete the 'avp6_post_uninstall'

Once this is done you will need to run the installation again.
